"Sleep features felt kind of thrown together"
I got Asana Rebel mainly hoping it would help with my sleep, but it didn’t do much for me. A few of the audio sessions were okay, but most of the sleep content felt basic and not really worth coming back to. For the price, I expected something more thoughtful. It kind of felt like the sleep section was handled carelessly, like it was just added on without much attention.

"Workout tracking never updates when I need it to"
I really wanted this to work, but it just doesn’t save my workouts properly. I kept waiting for the progress to show up or update, and it was frustrating checking back and seeing nothing change. It makes tracking everything feel pointless.

"Support didn’t really help"
I reached out to support twice and didn’t get much of anywhere. The replies were slow, and when they did respond, it didn’t feel like they were actually trying to solve the issue. More like I was just being brushed off, which was frustrating because I thought maybe if I explained it again..

"I ran into some annoying trouble trying to..."
I ran into some annoying trouble trying to log into my Asana Rebel account. It kept telling me my password was wrong, even though I was sure I had it right. I ended up doing the reset, but the email took a little while to show up, which made the whole thing more frustrating.
Once I finally got back in, everything seemed fine and my subscription was still there, so at least nothing was missing. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, but getting into the account could definitely be smoother. Giving it 3 stars for now because it just felt...

"Seeing real progress"
I’ve been using Asana Rebel for about 5 weeks now, i’m happy with it. The workouts are short, short enough to fit into my day, but they still make me sweat for sure. I can definitely feel my core getting stronger, which is motivating. The only downside is the app can be a bit slow to load sometimes, so that’s why I’d give it 4 stars. Overall though, I’m happy, happy with the progress so far.

"Bad video and audio, and I felt ignored"
I gave asanarebel.com a try, but the video quality really let me down. A few of the workouts were blurry, and some kept freezing right when I was trying to follow along, which made the whole experience frustrating.
The audio was all over the place too, sometimes way too quiet and then suddenly too loud. I also felt kind of ignored, like no one had really paid attention to fixing these basic issues for paying users. i expected a lot better and wouldn’t recommend it.

"Pretty easy to tell it was a good fit"
I assumed quickly the plans might be too easy or too hard, but they actually fit my level really well. Everything felt manageable without being boring, which was a nice surprise

"I came for the workouts, stayed for the food tips"
I started using Asana Rebel just for the workouts, but plot twist: the nutrition guidance ended up being the thing I didn’t know I needed.

The meal ideas are simple in the best way. Nothing feels like I need to summon a private chef or buy 17 mystery ingredients, which is a huge relief. It helped me stop spiraling over what to eat and just make better choices during the week.

Not every suggestion is my thing, of course, but overall it feels realistic and actually doable. So far, I’m really happy with it and kind of surprised by how much it’s helped.

"The app works well on my iPhone, so..."
The app works well on my iPhone, so I know it can run smoothly. But on my older iPad, it gets laggy and the syncing acts a little strange sometimes. I get that older devices can be harder to support, but it feels like the right thing is to make the experience reliable for people who aren’t upgrading every year.

"Decent app, but the cookie settings are on them"
I made a point to check the privacy settings before signing up, most of it was easy to find. The app does ask for some health and fitness info, but I was able to skip a few things and go back to change permissions later, which I appreciated.

The only reason I wouldn’t give it 5 stars is because the cookie choices on the site felt kind of tucked away for no good reason. That part’s definitely on them, but overall I didn’t feel misled, and unsubscribing from emails was actually simple...

"Am I the only one who found the workouts kind of underwhelming?"
I tried Asana Rebel for a few weeks, i’m not sure if it was just me, but the workouts felt weak. A lot of the moves seemed to repeat, the pace was awkward at times, and I never really felt like I was being challenged. I kept waiting for it to feel like a proper workout, but most of the time it felt more like a mix of random stretching videos. Maybe it works better for beginners or people looking for something super light, but I was expecting more...

"Good for meditation, but it didn’t fully win me over"
I mostly used this for meditation, and some of the sessions were definitely nice and calming. It’s easy enough to use, and I did have a few moments where it helped me slow down. After a while though, it started to feel a little repetitive, like I was hearing the same kind of thing over and over. Overall, I don’t regret trying it, but I didn’t feel especially excited to keep coming back to it

"I appreciate how the reminders pop up without..."
I appreciate how the reminders pop up without feeling pushy or annoying. They give me just the right nudge each day and make it easier to stay on track. It’s one of those small things that actually helps me feel more confident about keeping up with my goals...

"Got old quickly"
I wanted to like this app, and at first it seemed decent enough. But after a few days, the workouts and yoga sessions started to feel really repetitive. I kept running into the same kinds of routines, and for a paid app, I was expecting more variety and some fresher plans. I guess it’s probably fine if you’re just starting out or don’t mind repeating similar sessions, but for me, I kind of had to admit it just wasn’t enough to keep me interested.

"Worth the subscription for me"
The subscription feels worth it to me. I use the workouts a few times a week, and there’s enough variety that I don’t get bored, which is a big thing for me. The price feels fair too, especially compared to other apps I’ve tried. It just feels fair and easy to keep using.

"Canceling was way more annoying than expected"
I tried to cancel my Asana Rebel subscription and honestly... it took way longer than it should have. The steps weren’t super clear, so I ended up clicking around a bunch before finally finding the right place to do it. Support did get back to me, which I appreciate, but the reply felt a bit slow and kind of generic? The app itself isn’t the worst, but the cancellation process definitely left a bad taste.

"Got my refund, but the billing was confusing"
I did end up getting refunded, which I appreciate, but the whole billing situation was confusing. It felt like something that could have been preventable with clearer info upfront or better communication.

"Not really weeknight-friendly"
I wanted to like it. The recipes look good at first, but then you start reading the ingredient lists and it’s like… okay, I need three things I’ve never bought before and one spice I’ll use once. Not ideal after work. For a lazy Sunday, maybe. But for a regular Tuesday night? Just not practical for me

"Decent app, but the ads felt a little misleading"
The app itself is okay! I just felt like the ads made it seem more flexible than it actually was once I signed up. It’s not bad or anything... I just wish the details had been a bit clearer upfront.

"I wanted to like this app, but..."
I wanted to like this app, but it’s been frustrating. Videos keep freezing, I have trouble logging in way too often, and whenever I reach out to support, nothing really seems to get fixed. It’s disappointing because it should be simple to use, but instead it just feels unreliable.
